Partnership Becomes Personal
Next week the rest of our Carnarvon Mission team fly out. It is the culmination of months of preparation. It also is a concrete expression of our partnership in the gospel. The Kingdom of God is not constrained by geographic boundaries or state borders. The good news about Jesus is the way of salvation for every person. Over the next two weeks, 39 members of Dapto Anglican Church will be helping St. George Anglican Church at Carnarvon in getting that message out to their whole township.
Please support us in prayer. Pray that God’s Spirit opens doors and hearts to the message of salvation. Pray that Carnarvon will never be the same again. Pray that each team member will never be the same again. Pray that the team and the Christians in Carnarvon will have a deep love for the “lost” people. Pray that we will all work together in Christian unity and love. Pray that the lessons we learn will change our thinking and pray that the witness we live will transform our discipleship.
Dapto Anglican Church’s vision is to see God’s message shared throughout the world. This mission is a great example that gospel ministry is personal and that we are all involved!
