In a life where we seem to be so caught up in the present and its struggles, we need to take some time to contemplate the future. The day is coming when all our relationships will be put right, injustice will be wiped out, pain will be healed, the environment will be perfected and God’s presence will be immediate!
God himself will comfort us and our longings for security will be ultimately achieved.
The future picture of God’s kingdom and rule provides hope. It should also drive our vision, as we draw others into the “forever community”.
