First the Good News!
Since July there has been a steady increase in our members weekly financial support with November being our best month so far.
A number of our ministries: women’s; children’s; seniors (Best is Yet To Come) and men’s, have operated in a  way where they have covered costs and built their resources for future projects.

Now the Challenge!
It would be a marvellous encouragement to our Parish Council if some of our deficit for 2010 was wiped out before 2011 starts. We urgently need $10,000 (essentially the shortfall we have carried since January/February 2010) and $5,000 for our School Scripture Fund (Tax Deductible) to make ends meet for the year.  If God has been faithful to you in 2010 you may wish to express your thanks with a special gift to His church in Dapto.

Please review your 2011 giving.
Costs are rising by at least 5% for next year.  We already know that our offertory target must grow by at least that amount to simply maintain our paid ministry team.  Parish Council does not believe that the year we complete a new auditorium should be a year to cut ministry services, so please don’t wait till March to review your support of God’s work.
