Young Adults Carolling adventures!

This week the Young Adults have entertained dozens of people through the streets of Dapto, Horsley and Haywards Bay. Candles and songbooks in hand, we sang at the St Lukes Retirement Village, at a few Christmas parties, in numerous driveways and even surprised a lady on her birthday!

EVENT #1: Shoalhaven Ski Park
We will be road-tripping down to Shoalhaven Ski Park in North Nowra for a day of boating fun on Sat 17th December! 
Cost is $16 per person which will include lunch/drinks, entry to the ski park and a contribution to cost of boat fuel.
The boats will be heading out onto the river from 9am but you can arrive at any time throughout the morning.
There will be a RSVP clipboard at the 7pm service over the upcoming weeks. See Pete G for more info!
EVENT #2: Carolling!
Dapto Young Adults will be carolling this again Christmas throughout the streets of Dapto and Horsley! 
Dates are Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st December 2011 (timeslots TBA).

Contact Pete Gold or the church office if you would like the young adults to sing for you. Why not organise a Christmas BBQ with your family, friends and neighbours! HURRY – only limited timeslots available.
Young Adults in July ~ Laser Tag!

We are heading to Caringbah for an ultimate Laser Tag experience!
Our special party package which includes 2 games of Laser Tag, arcade game tokens, pizza and drink = $30 each (bargain!)
N.B. Tickets are PRE-PAID and will be available at 7:15pm services over the next few weeks (limited places available)
Meeting at DAC at 5:30pm sharp to car pool from 5:45pm.
We are booked in to start at 7pm for Laser Tag at Zone 3 Caringbah (3 Koonya Circuit).
Zone 3 is played in HUGE multi level arenas, filled with fog, music, special lighting effects, strange creatures, and awesome artwork, but you don’t have time to admire the artwork, you have 20 seconds to hide! 4…3…2…1..Bleeep! You are now activated and ready, it’s time to hunt down your opponents. The arena has plenty of places to hide, but no where is completely safe. There is also bases you can deactivate for extra points, and maybe even a special feature!
>>>IMPORTANT<<< ENCLOSED shoes MUST be worn! No thongs or sandals permitted in the laser tag arenas.
Young Adults in June ~ Winter Bonfire

Our annual Young Adults tradition continues! 
We are heading to the VanderVeen’s property out the back of Horsley for our Winter bonfire 
A fun night hanging out together, drinking hot choc, marshmallows, s’mores and more!
BYO chair/blankets (don’t forget it can get cold so rug up nice and warm!)
COST: $5 per person (to cover cost of nibblies/drink)
See you there! Invites will be handed out THIS SUNDAY at 7:15pm service with directions to get there
