Planning a visit

Dapto Anglican Church (DAC) is made up of lots of different kinds of people. Some are checking out church for the first time, while others have been here for a while.

When you join us for a church service, you can expect to be greeted at the door by one of our friendly ‘welcomers’ who’ll supply you with any information you may need for the service.

What we do in our services

Church usually goes for 1 hour and 15 minutes during which we worship, hear the Word of God read from the Bible and have it explained. Our preaching is Bible-based. Congregation members volunteer to take turns reading the Bible to you and to say prayers for our community and church. Various announcements and interviews will feature from week to week. As part of our worship together, we may take communion, take up financial offerings to support the church’s work in Dapto and around the world, and pray to God in an honest and sincere way.
After each of our services we offer you a chance to stay for some refreshments.

All our sermons are available on Podcasts. They can be found on iTunes, or you can listen online now.

If you are planning to visit please make yourself known to us by filling out a New Visitor form, or by making yourself known at the information desk if you are attending a service at the Ministry Centre.

Finding a service that suits you
